No matter the challenge you're facing, I'm here to listen, support and empower you with effective strategies and a nurturing environment to navigate life's complexities, set practical steps to work towards goals, make positive changes, and nurture the resilience necessary for a more fulfilling life.

What to expect

Sessions are 1hr and I adapt techniques (Person-Centred counselling, Solution-focused therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing) based on what we’re working through, whether it’s challenging limiting beliefs, finding clarity, setting goals etc. Some approaches may feel too clinical or just not for you and we can work around that, the advantage is that I am trained in multiple modalities, so we can find what works for you.

Modalities I practice

Person-centred Counselling

Person-Centred Counselling is a Humanistic form of therapy that focuses on creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences openly. This approach is based on the belief that people have an innate capacity for growth, healing, and self-understanding when met with empathy, authenticity, and acceptance.

Rather than positioning the therapist as the expert, person-centred therapy emphasises collaboration and trusts in your own inner wisdom and lived experience. In this process, I aim to help clients deepen self-awareness, build self-compassion, reconnect with their authentic selves, and better understand the emotional patterns, wounds, and unmet needs shaping their current experiences.

Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT)

Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) is a short-term, goal-oriented therapeutic approach that focuses on identifying and building solutions rather than dwelling on problems or the past. The language used is also forward-focused and solution-oriented. SFT often asks questions of ideal situations, and working together to set mini goals to get there.

Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is an evidence-based psychotherapy that focuses on helping individuals live meaningful lives by embracing and accepting their thoughts and feelings, rather than fighting or avoiding them. It’s grounded in mindfulness, behavioural change principles, and psychological flexibility. While CBT works to challenge and change unhelpful thoughts, ACT emphasises accepting them and focusing on values-driven actions. It’s less about "fixing" thoughts and more about creating a rich and meaningful life despite challenges.
